Replace Channel metadata

Passes the zero-valued full record to UpdateInfo when fields are omitted; retained for compatibility.

Add or replace durable subscribers

Adds non-blank subscribers; channel_type 0 becomes group type 2 and reset=1 replaces the snapshot.
